Welcome to So Sky Sews! By purchasing from our shop, you agree to these simple terms.

1. Orders

Once an order is placed, it can’t be changed or canceled after it ships. If we ever need to cancel an order (like if something is out of stock or a price was listed wrong), we’ll contact you and issue a refund.

2. Crystal Products

Crystals are natural and unique, shapes, colors, and markings will vary. Small imperfections or variations are normal and part of their beauty.

3. Shipping

We pack your crystals with care. Once the package is handed to the carrier (USPS or UPS), delivery times are out of our control. If your package arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 24 hours with photos so we can help sort it out.

4. Returns

All sales are final unless we made a mistake with your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there’s a problem. We’ll always do our best to make it right.

5. Crystal Meanings

Any descriptions of crystal energies or healing properties are for inspiration only. They’re not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
